I bought this addon after the author dropped the price somewhat. I had no issues with it, but after WooCommerce updates to V3.1.2, the plugin caused the downloads section to stop working.

I contacted their support and told them about the issue. They fixed the issue and updated the plugin in a matter of TWO HOURS! I have never had service like this before from any commercial plugin I own! In my opinion, the money charged for the commercial version of this plugin is worth every cent!

Yeah I’m with you the $49 is too expensive but I can’t find an alternative, did you?

There is no cheaper alternative. There is one from YITH which is even more expensive at $66. (https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-customize-myaccount-page/) Still will not pay it. I have begin to look at plugins being offered by people outside the WordPress system. These are much cheaper, but you must install them manually by importing the ZIP file.
