Gawd, I wish I got such a quick response to any of my repeated queries about my suspended Adwords account (Adsense is fine & working on many of my sites, so not related). It’s been over 2 years and I’m still awaiting a human response rather than an automated or scripted cut and pasted response.
Not your department I’m sure, but still, the irony…
