  • After one day of use, I determined that this plugin is too buggy to use.

    The position of my chat bottom is fixed — you cannot drag and move the chat bottom nor make any adjustment.

    Now the position of the close bottom of the Notification Bar is fixed — you cannot make the close bottom to appear on the left side of the bar.

    Therefore, since the close bottom is behind the chat bottom, one cannot close the notification bar.

    In addition, when the notification bar is displayed, an extra huge blank block after footer is usually shown after some moments, regardless of the bar being sticky or not.

    Bugs reported, but no response. Refund requested, no response. Each time, my email tracking shows my emails have been read.

    Love EA for Elementor provided by the very same developers. If refunded, I can delete this review, but NotificationX is truly inferior than Tooltip.io ($49 lifetime at AppSumo) and ConvertBox ($390 lifetime).

    We didn’t hear from you. I have checked and didn’t find any ticket for NotificationX regarding any issue and certainly there’s no refund request either. As you said you used it for one day only, the tickets or refund requests should be from yesterday, but I don’t see any of them. Would you kindly clarify the issue? Did you really face any issue where we could help?
