• Although conceptually robust, Retainful consistently lost sync with my carts when performing ordinary testing operations like deleting an abandoned cart or updating a workflow. The “fix” setting did not remedy the problem as advertised, either. To add insult to injury, I was not forwarded a Zoom link when I attempted to make a meeting with the staff to review these issues. If you’re going to install the defaults once and forget about them, Retainful will probably work for you. If you’re going to subject them to rigorous Testing v Production environments, you may need premium service. I cannot justify that amount of cost for my tiny, low-volume business. Sadly, I need to pursue a different strategy.

    Hey

Thank you for the feedback. Really appreciate it.

When testing the abandoned carts, hope you have opened an incognito / private browser window for adding an item to cart and abandoning it ?
If the same window (or if you are logged in) is used, then it would capture the first one… but again if you add / remove items, then the cart session will remain the same in WooCommerce, until a successful order is placed… So testing the abandoned cart workflow requires you to always open a private / incognito browser window to simulate a customer-like experience.

Regarding the meeting invite: we automatically email the zoom meeting info through Intercom and it always includes the meeting link when a meeting is booked. It seems our meeting invite email did not land on your inbox. We’re really sorry.

If you would still like to give Retainful a try, we are very happy to schedule a quick call and assist you. Just let us know if you are interested.
    Happy to help 🙂

    Team Retainful
