# Toggles not working

 * Hi, for some reason, when I create new table, “Table information” is closed, 
   and click on the arrow does not work. It was all fine until few minutes ago, 
   but now I can not toggle anything!
 * When I save table, close it, and then open it again, “Table information” is open
   and I can change it, but the toggle does not work.
 * Please help 🙂

 * Perhaps it loads JQuery as the theme is loading it?

 * This is my clients website, travel agency, there is no way I can deactivate all
   plugins and switch to other theme 🙁

 * There is no magic bullet in these situations. This is just the start of basic
   troubleshooting and is a process of elimination deliberately designed to locate
   the root cause as quickly as possible by first removing the most obvious and 
   common culprits via a series of (often) temporary steps.

 * thanks for your post, and sorry for the late answer. As I was on vacation, I 
   didn’t have a chance to reply earlier.
 * Yes, this is most likely a JavaScript conflict. Either another plugin or the 
   theme is inserting its own JS into the TablePress admin pages (which it should
   not do), or the theme is loading an old version of jQuery (which it also should
   not do).
    esmi’s suggestions are the best way to proceed with this. Another idea
   is to investigate the page in the Google Chrome Developer Tools, to see if there
   are JavaScript error messages reported in the console.
