Please check the Toggle box -> State Cookie, that should be the option you need.

I want that the bar is closed if the site is loading as standard. So you can only see the toggle.

was this ever solved , awesome plugin, but its better upon load to have the toggle default to close, if it loads on open the user wont actually know you can close it ?
But if it defaults to cloded they must click to open it ?
