Toggle shortcode and white space below footer

    I have a shortcode from a theme in wordpress. the toggle shortcode works great for safari and firefox but in explorer it jumps around and does not stick. Also in explorer there is an enormous white space below the footer that is not found in firefox or explorer. I am using the BLOORA theme.
