  • I see the same Warning message in plugin’s settings page.

    Same Here. Following.

Just an FYI.. I’m on a multisite… are you guys on multisite?

    Regular installation here.

Updated to 3.4.0 and see the same warning.

Also, can download any backup files. Get a page that shows “Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps searching will help.”

Meant to say CAN’T download any backup files.

If you need any backup, you can temporary download it with FTP.

Just notice from their tweet, developers are aware of the issue and are working on the fix.

Thanks for the tip, but I am aware that you can always get the backup files via FTP.
Their ‘download’ option makes it more convenient. Not that there’s a need to download backup files on a regular basis.

I’m so sorry – our developers are aware of this and already working on a fix to go out tomorrow. If your backups are running okay, then Yay! Please excuse our glitch 😀 Just get back in touch if you still need help and I’ll drop you a note here on this post when the update is ready, okay?

Hi, after update to the newest version I’ve noticed an error: “Your site root path isn’t readable”. Unfortunately can’t create any backups either 🙁 please help.

Hey there Robbie – could you open a new ticket? I think your issue is actually different than the one talked about on this thread. Thanks!

    Thanx

    Problem solved? Can I upgrade?
