Ack. What’s the URL of your website?
I have the exact same problem. The plugin’s settings are set to display the button on posts, but the button doesn’t show up. Looks like the hosted JS isn’t getting injected into the footer? My theme does call wp_footer(). The button also doesn’t show when I manually add the call to pf_show_link() to single.php.
You can access blog posts that are missing the button at silkbush.com/blog/ (click through to view the single post).
I tried installing the plugin on a local dev version of WP and the settings page is hanging when I try to access it, so I can’t troubleshoot very much.

All was totally fine with PF untill update 3.2.2, now no matter what options i turn on or off, print button just do not show up.

I found that I had to check all the categories in the plug-in settings to get the button to show up again on posts.
@laserjobs has the right idea. It’s hidden, a bad UI move on our part.
We’ve rolled back until we get this sorted out. Update to version 3.2.3 and that should get the buttons appearing.

I suggest making the default category display be ‘all categories,’ then allow users to disable specific categories. Might be more intuitive.
