 * Hello, we’ve emailed about this issue earlier this week.
 * Is it possible to design the show/hide button to toggle ON or OFF in the backend
   of WP so the TOC shows up collapsed when looked at on the webpage and the actual
   user can decide to open it or not.
 * I like your plugin very much – if it ever comes to a paid version, count me in!
