@chrisology123 thanks for the review – and the honesty about the review banner. We’ve heard this from a few store owners, and we’re looking into options now to resolve it. So far, it seems as if the admin-ajax
file might be having trouble communicating with the back end of the plugin, which would be dismissing this right after you clicked the button. Some hosts call this the loopback request
.
For now, the easiest way to disable it is to go to your wp-options page and search for mailchimp-woocommerce-sync.initial_sync
please set that to 0
and see if your problem goes away.
We will be pushing up a change soon which should resolve this issue you’re experiencing, but rest assured it was not the intention to keep the alert there at all times.
