To move the footer up ?

Hi there!

I tried many things but I can’t figure out what to do…
I’ve got this bigg blank space above the footer and I’d like to reduce it… Either I must remove some of this empty space, either it is related to the footer that has to be moved up…

Here is how looks my footer in css:

#footer #footer-credit {font-size:0.8em;}
