Hello Matteo,
If I click on a product on your site, it opens in a new tab and the current page reloads as well. But it looks like you’re not using the WooCommerce Improved External Products plugin, but another plugin (Affilite Power), which is handling this. That’s getting somewhat in the way of Improved External Products from working. Further more, the Improved External Products plugin is primarily targeting the add to cart button, which your theme doesn’t have.
I can definitely look into the issue of the image link not opening in the new tab, but not if the Affiliate Power plugin is also active because that will always conflict with this plugin.
