To-Do/Tasks Plugin/Hack (2 posts)

I have a wordpress/buddypress site that we use as an internal social Intranet. The site is private to just our company and users are all added by admin.

We want to add a task list or to-do list to the site that is global to all users so all users can view the list, add tasks and edit tasks from the front end of the site. All the plugins I have found so far have the list edited from the admin backend which is not suitable.

Does anyone know of a plugin or other way to have the list on the front end of the site and full editing without going into the back end?

    Many Thanks

you could make creative use of a custom post type, with a front end post form.

Then its just a matter of outputting your CPT ina manner that displays as you like

This can be used to build the to do list.... as for being able to edit the posts from the front end, not sure how to do that.... may be able to expand on this idea though with some googling, maybe someone else has set this up....
