Hello.
At some point I saw that option to choose language to appear in all WordPress, I think.
Now I want to change language and I can’t find that option.

You can change the language by editing wp-config.php

You will find this code in your wp-config.
define('WPLANG', 'en');
Here, en = English. Please change the language you want.

Of course you need your language’s translation file, please check this page(http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_in_Your_Language) and get one.

If you please, show me how to get into editing wp-config.php, after that I will continue and if I get stuck again, I will let you know if you won’t mind.
