To add name to the Paid Memberships Pro

    Hello All,

    I am currently using the Paid Memberships Pro free version.

    When people registers and make payment via the Paid Memberships Pro form, I only see the username and email address of the user who registered. The first name and surname filed is empty.

    I was wondering if anyone knows how to add the more fields in the form.
