    User Moderation function not really work like it should behave.
    1. I allow custom password for registration user.
    2. I had set the default ‘pending’ role.
    3. When I go to Users->Pending section click for the “Approved”, the status still the same . However, it got send out an email to the user with Username and NEW password. (Is it a bug? not compatible with custom password module?)
    4. When I click again for the “Approved”, it resend another email with new password, but the status still unchanged. I believe this is the bug for it. Any idea how to fix it?
