TML pages not working. /login TML page redirects me on the main page.

I have problem TML pages not working.
I can login by use widget in footer, but can not login using /login TML page, because the submit button redirects me on the main page. For the same reason I can not use /lostpassword and /register TML pages.Site: dogshow.me
Wordpress Version: 4.2.2
TML Version: 6.3.12
Ubuntu Server Edition
Apache: 2.4.10-1-beget-reuseport
mysql: percona 5.6.16-64.0-beget
nginx: 1.6.2
Perl: 5.14.2
PHP: 5.3.29
Python: 2.7.3I saw topic and more another.
My hosting provider says that not limit cookies.
I use WP Super Cache, but on all of TML’s pages caching is disabled.
TML version original, from here. I am not using custom templates. No CloudFlare.
Any help would be more than appreciated!P.S. Can I send credentials to jeff [at] jfarthing [dot] com ?
