TML Multisite Register Form Problem

    Hello, I have placed my multisite registration form on home page of my site using Theme My Login Shortcode: [theme-my-login default_action="register"].

    Have a look at: MY SITE, DeltaWP

    Some problem is bugging me.

    1. I have roamed around for about a week but couldn’t remove the Register text written above the form- <div id="theme-my-login1" class="login mu_register">

    2. Is there any way I can offer multisite signup by jQuery, users can signup without reloading entire page?
    Or, Is it possible to add Subdomain and Site Title field all together with the first step items e.g: Username, E-mail?

    Hope guys have understood my problem…
