titles when you hover over images

I “titled” images i uploaded to wordpress to associate with an image so that when you hovered the mouse over it – you saw the new “title” (i renamed the images this “title” when i uploaded them).

For some reason all that has disappeared ! not sure if upgrading wordpress has somehow taken this option away.

i just wanted to have a “title” that was a bit more interesting…
