Titles and Meta Tags not Updated to New Name

I’m using Divi 4.27. The Title and Meta Tags are not updating properly. This has been changed for a year and it’s still showing Gwendy’s Goodies, in places it should be showing Gwendy’s Cafe & Bakery. All of this has been updated on WordPress backend in the necessary places as well as any places that may have other SEO options and I’ve redone the Site Optimization with Yoast. I’ve also installed Yoast Helper plugin and reset some of the SEO options, as was suggesting in another post, but this did not fix anything. You can see in the Page Source above this is directly controlled and related to your plugin and this will affect page crawlers.
