I am not sure you checked the elements tabs, you can sort element like title & thumbnail, please check the screenshot

Thank you.

I wish Title was above thumbnail – https://i.imgur.com/ikSqomp.png was downstairs under the thumbnail https://i.imgur.com/0SQuEZb.png.

Is it possible to do that?

YOu can sort element link title and thumbnail, just drag them to place, please see my previous reply.
