Title Toggle metabox not showing up on edit page (Metro Pro)

I’m using the current versions of Genesis and the Metro Pro theme.

However, the metabox isn’t showing up on the Edit screen. I’ve used this plugin before on other themes, so I’m stumped as to what can be happening.

We’re using the most up-to-date versions of these plugins:

Genesis Simple Hooks
Genesis Simple Share
Genesis Title Toggle
Google XML Sitemaps
iThemes Security
VerticalResponse Widget

Do you know of any conflicts with any of these?

The “Title Toggle” settings box is visible in the Theme Settings. I have it unchecked as we don’t want all titles turned off. We would only like to do it on a case-by-case basis.

Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated!
