Title Toggle Meta Box Conflict

    Hi Bill

    First, thanks for the very useful plug-in.

    I’m using Genesis with the Minimum 2.0 theme.

    The meta box on the edit page only appears after I have disabled the plug-in Genesis Minimum Images Extended version 0.1.3.

    However it still works. I de-activate the aforementioned plug-in, adjust my title-toggle settings, then re-activate the plug-in.

    I have checked with the few other plug-ins I am running and Genesis Minimum Images Extended is the only one causing a conflict.
