 * I’m using the plugin ‘Genesis Title Toggle’. It’s not working together with the
   404-page-plugin. Is there a way disable the title, other then manually editing
   the plugin-function ‘loop_xhtml’?

 * The title toggle plugin only applies to singular content (posts, pages…). To 
   exclude the 404 page title, simply leave the title empty on the 404 Settings 
   page. The title only displays if it is [not empty](https://github.com/billerickson/Genesis-404-Page/blob/master/includes/class-be-genesis-404.php#L227-L229).
