[Resolved] Title tags: use one for index and another for everything else?

  • In the header file, I’d like to be able to customize the index page’s title, so that I’ve got something like:

My blog name >> Description of what it’s about

(Note I’m talking about < title > in the header and not article titles)

Then on the other pages, revert back to
My blog name >> Subject name of the post

And not load it up with the description on top of the blog name/post subject

Is there a way to do this specifically for the index page and not the other pages?

Thanks in advance…I should add that I’m using the plugin Optimal Title as well.
