# Slow loading, optimization needed

 * I have few galleries on my website, but one of them loads too slow. I'm not sure
   if that's the problem, but I have 30 Vimeo videos in that gallery. Do you load
   all videos? Just checking to understand the cause and find a resolution in terms
   of optimization.

 * Yes, that could be related to the fact that you’re using Vimeo videos. I guess
   you’re using Vimeo thumbnails, right? If that’s the case, then this is the CAUSE
   of the page slow loading. I’d recommend to download the thumbnails from Vimeo
   and host on your own server/website. Then, edit your gallery video entries and
   use custom thumbnails which are hosted on your website. If you’re loading number
   of thumbnails from Vimeo (or any 3rd party) this could slow down the performance.
