 * Well I remember seeing this like 2 years ago but ignored it, but wondering if
   there is any plugin customizable enough to do some nice output

 * look for “image titles” or something like that? CG-FlashyTitles does it client-
   side with flash, but if you want it server-side there’s a plugin or two out there
   discussed in the forum.
