Title repeats in the excerpt

    Hi guys, I use the Twenty Twelve theme, which is superb, apart from one thing: when i try to post the article’s link on Facebook, the excerpt gets all messed up: The TITLE and “leave a reply” text also get included.

    I noticed that the same thing happens with Twenty Eleven.

    Is there any way to solve this pesty problem? It gets very annoying to have to manually set the excerpt on Facebook or other sites I post the links on.
