Title: Lifetime license turned out to be only one year

    Review:
    I purchased this plugin with the promise of a lifetime license, but after one year my license no longer worked, and I was unable to receive updates or support. I contacted customer service, but did not get a satisfactory answer or solution.

    It is disappointing and misleading to promise “lifetime” access when this is clearly not honored. I would advise caution before purchasing a license from this plugin.

    Your license was purchased in 2022. The license key is lifetime, but we advertise that 12 months of Support and Update service is included along with the purchase. Please note, you have not purchased any additional services and your license was working correctly for 3 years so far.

    You are welcome to check our order page in Internet Archive (WayBackMachine) (cached version of the website) and find how the software was advertised back in 2022 on woocommerce-manager site.
