The fact that the site title is being displayed in place of the logo if no custom image is set in the “Appearance – Customize” admin section is an intended behaviour and a feature that was introduced in theme’s version 1.6.4 by popular demand. In case it’s not what you’ve expected and/or you have an idea on how to improve it, we will be happy to hear your opinion!

Hi Andrii,
Perhaps it might be an idea to allow some sort of control over the font & colour used in the default title setting, when no logo is displayed? This would allow some users to create acceptable titles without needing to create a graphic (something that is not as easy to create as it sounds!).

thank you for the proposals! It all sounds reasonable, and we’ll implement these and additional controls of the default logo in the next versions of Bento; meanwhile, you can use this code in the “Additional CSS” tab of the “Appearance – Customize” admin section to alter the title-logo to your liking:
.logo .logo-default {
color: #000000;
font-size: 1.8rem;
font-family: Open Sans;
}
You can replace the “#000000” with a hex representation of the color you need, the “1.8” with the desired text size, and “Open Sans” with the font that you want for the default logo (please note that in case it’s not one of the default browser fonts or Open Sans, you’ll need to include the respective web font separately, e.g. via code or by using a plugin).

и было бы неплохо переносить лицензию с сайта на сайт
я занимаюсь разработкой не на домене а локально !
и когда Вы доведете тему до ума, я самолично буду
рекомендовать ее всем своим клиентам !

забыл … точно не хватает одной настройки – Hight Footer ))
