title in shortcode

any chances to make working title and title_url in shortcode? i tried to put it inside

echo do_shortcode('[rpwe limit="6" thumb="true" thumb_height="150" thumb_width="300" tag="3689" cat="4" date="true" excerpt="true" length="200" ignore_sticky="1" post_type="post" title="sddsa" title_url="https://ok.de" ]');

and seems not working

and one thing could it work [option?] hierarchicaly when it fetch posts? now when i want only posts from specific category 2 levels up post is, its does not work. it work only when i choose category in which post is

also cat=”5527″ cat=”3″ or cat=”5527,3″ does not work as i want posts which are in 2 categories
