I'd like for every category to have a title. For instance if the category is called news I'd like to have a title saying something like "Here you will find recent news" at top and then entries below that. The problem is I'd like a different title for each category and I have no idea how to do that. My selected theme does not show category description so that is not an option.

    Thanks

My selected theme does not show category description so that is not an option.

The solution is to use the category description field - that's exactly what it is for. And to add the display of the category description to your theme.

    See this page
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/category_description

If you need help adding it to your theme, what theme are you using, and are you able to post a URL of the page that needs it added?

I'm using BlakMagik theme. In admin panel there is a description in category part, but that description in shown when you put your mouse over the category link, not on page.
So if I'm getting the instructions on this link corectly, I need to insert div line into archive.php?
URL of my site is http://www.choconatics.com

EDIT: Thanks, it's working perfectly :) Now I just have to make it look a bit better, add a contact form and I can start blogging!
