Title / Header

Hello, I have removed the title in my admin area because i’m using a picture in my header. The problem is if there is no text A: my website has no <title> </title> (how to set this anyway without showing text on my header)

B: And how to make the picture in my header work like a link that points to home of blog (this is handy cos when writing a comment there is no home button).
