    Hello!

Can you let me know the shortcode you are using, or, if you are using a Widget, can you let me know which widget and what the settings are?

    Thanks!

    Shortcode on testimonials page:
    [random_testimonial count=’35’ width=’100%’ show_title=’1′ theme=’clean_style’ show_thumbs=’1′]

Widget on home page is: Clean Style, Width 100%, All categories and nothing else checked + do not show rating.
I don’t really want the title showing, but either way it isn’t.
Just want the Client Name to show.

Any luck figuring out the issue?

    Hey there!

Circling back on this one – when I visit your site I do see the Client Name field being displayed.

Did you get this sorted, on your end? If so, can you share the solution?

    Best,
    Richard

This is still not consistently working for me. A couple of them I see the name perfectly lined up with the dash, some are below the dash and some names don’t even show up.
When I check it out in Safari nothing shows up. No testimonial, no name, nothing.
I’ve even tried the shortcode to an individual testimonial and the name didn’t show up.

I don’t see the client name showing either. This is the shortcode I’m using:

    [testimonials_cycle random="true" count='5' width='100%' show_title='1' theme='default_style' show_thumbs='1' transition='fadeout' timer='10000' pause_on_hover='1' auto_height='container']

    Hello!

We have been unable to reproduce any issue with items not showing, in testing.

The times items dont show are when the data is not set, ie a client name doesn’t appear unless there is a name inside the field.

Client Name and Position are shown by default, they don’t need to be turned on. Location / Product Reviewed / Other is displayed by using the show_other attribute, on the shortcode. To verify that the HTML is being output yet isn’t visible, use an inspection tool and look for <span class="testimonial-client"> and / or <span class="testimonial-position">. If they aren’t present, there is not data inside the Client or Position field.

Certain of our Pro themes may not display some fields, as there is not a spot in the design for them. If you are using a Pro theme and suspect this is the issue, you can use a browser inspection tool to look for <span class="testimonial-other"> inside your HTML – it should be present yet hidden.

If nothing is showing up at all, then I suspect you have an error on your site. There is nothing about Safari that would prevent a shortcode or widget from rendering, if it is a valid shortcode or widget.

If you are having issues with alignment, it could be because of the length of words. If words are too long, they return to the next line and this can push down content thus making things not line up properly.

Please follow the above steps, confirm that the correct fields have the correct data, and if you still can’t get things to work then send me a login to your WordPress site by contacting our support at hello@goldplugins.com, as well as a link to the page where the error is occurring – that will be the only way to diagnose any further.

    All the best,
    Richard
