   make the background image ratio according to that size.

 * Try to use a 100% full-width content instead of the fullwidth page layout. For
   the image size, use 1920 x 1080 pixels for the background.

    What better
   size for scroll attachment.

 * It depends on your need and site design. The above size will also work for the
   scroll attachment.
