    Hello developer, thank you for providing a great plugin.I am not a professional coder and SEO master but i love to test software, plugins and surfing internet. But i have one question on you. Does title attribute in link is necessary? it doesn’t hamper on seo, because often we include important keywords in heading title and repetation of same keyword in a link title is good practice? By inspecting i found title attribute created by Easy table of Content like this Day to day wordpress . While i didn’t found title attribute in other plugins like Table of Contents Plus and many others. Also i found this article while searching in google https://yoast.com/dev-blog/dont-rely-title-attribute/ hope you understood what i mean…..sorry for my bad english i am not a native speaker.

    No, it is not strictly necessary but can be help in rare instances where the full text of the heading link is not visible. Other than that, it does not help and it does not hurt SEO or accessibility. So, there really is nothing to be concerned about in regards to their existence.
