    Hi,

Whenever you have issues like this, try following the instructions mentioned at Troubleshooter section at plugin options page in admin panel. We just did this for the webpage you have mentioned in the screenshot.

    hi,

this is your Troubleshooter section at plugin options page in admin panel.

What options are you talking about ? When I click on the link on that page, it just takes me to a facebook page when I just enter my link and it just gives me general information about my site.

It DOES NOT solve the issue.

    Thanks again.

We did not say options, these are Instructions. You need to follow the instructions in that section.

there aren’t any instructions on the page either. There is just one link, which takes you the facebook page where I enter my site’s link and just shows general information which it has scrapped from my site.

It DOES NOT resolve the issue.

If Facebook sharing is not working fine, click at the following link and enter the problematic url (where Facebook sharing is not working properly) of your website in the text field:
This is what we meant by instructions. You need to clear the Facebook sharer cache by fetching new scrape information at Facebook debugger page.
We did this for the url you have mentioned in the screenshot above and it resolved the issue there.
