Title and url are visible at form frontend but not receiving in mail

    Hi,
    Greetings,

    This is David here. I am facing an issue with my dynamictext. After adding the the title and url in the form, I am able to see the title and url in the frontend but not receiving any title or url in the mail. Here is the image for the reference http://prntscr.com/i21j3l. Can you please help/guide how can i fix it ?

    Hi David,

    please have a look here: CF7 special mail tags.

    Just copy some of those in the mail that will be send to you – not in the form.

    [_post_name]
    [_post_url]

    Hi,

    Thank you so much for your prompt reply, and its working now in pages 😀

    But its a note there saying “Note that the [_post_*] tag has value only when you put the contact form into content of a post or a page. They are not available if the contact form is put inside a sidebar widget.”

    Our primary form is placed in the footer and its not working. Is it because of this ? Is it possible to receive from footer ? All i need is a title and a url.

    Hi David,

    You can set that up using the DTX as you originally were. But in the email you want to add just the name of the tag, not the whole tag. Just like with normal CF7 fields.
