Title and meta tags don't update?

    Hi. I used Yoast to update the title and meta description of my homepage. I ran a test with ScreamingFrog today and it did not change. I googled our site and it did not change. I checked the WordPress backend and the description I wrote was still there and it looked like it should be working.

    What went wrong?
