Just making sure you’re in the right place for your support question. CMB2 doesn’t do any widgets, so I’m a little confused here.

Mmm.. It is used in Realocation theme which I’m using. Their support usually refers to your plugin in widget matters.

That’s where my confusion is coming in, since like I mentioned earlier, we don’t do anything with widgets directly. CMB2 is used to create metaboxes, frontend forms, and options pages.
That said, I believe WPML is focused on translating content stored in the database. For plugins/themes that need their text translated, I’d end up recommending something like https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
