This is an open-source plugin, developed by one man with a family and two jobs. I try to help people out as much as possible, but in order to give you the best chance of success, you need to make my life as easy as possible.

    • Be succinct, but as detailed as possible. Don’t tell me “it’s not working”, tell me what‘s not working. Tell me what you’ve tried and what you’ve changed recently.
    • Be patient. It can take me many days, even a week or two, to respond to these requests. If a matter is truly urgent, you can always hire someone (myself included) to help you.
    • Be polite. Nothing turns me off more than a request without a please, thank you, or some acknowledgement that I’m offering my help and expertise to you for free.
