TinyMCEComments work with Ajax Comment Posting?

I’m trying to use tinymcecomments, and I’ve got it installed, but nothing is coming up when you post a comment. I also have ajax comment posting installed as well. Do these two things work together? I would like something that allows visitors to personalize their comments. Any ideas?
