[Resolved] TinyMCE (WYSIWYG) editor disappeared

  • The visual editor toolbar created by TinyMCE disappeared from the Write screens on the backend of my site (www.margaretandzach.com). They were working fine yesterday, but late lat night I went to make a change and the toolbar was gone, as was the option to toggle between Visual and Code.

    Any idea how I can get the toolbar back?

    Thanks!

  • Users -> Your Profile.

    Top option. Check it.

    Fantastic. Thanks!

    Does anyone know why this changed? It seems like it did it on it’s own. Now I am worried about a breach.
    Cheers

    This has happened to me, as well, but the ‘Use the visual editor when writing’ option was already checked in my profile, so that’s not the problem.

    For background: I am using the YAPB plug-in and just updated on Sunday. I deactivated YAPB to see if that was causing the problem, but it didn’t change anything. Any other ideas?
