# TinyMCE white text issue

 * I’m running a multisite install and one of my users sees white text when trying
   to add or edit posts and the visual part of TinyMCE doesn’t load properly.
 * If they go to other WordPress installations or even subsites in the network it’s
   fine.
 * If I login in as them (from a different location) it’s fine. I have tried clearing
   caches, disabling some plugins and various other options within the browser.
 * None of this has worked. They a able to add a post from Quickpress though.
 * It seems that this must be some kind of path or javascript issue but I’m at a
   loss as to why it’s specific only to the main site.
 * I’ve asked them to test from home later. We changed from a dev to prod domain
   recently.
 * Does anyone have any ideas?
