 * Hi there,
 * i just updated my wordpress from 2.0.6 to 2.1.3. I made a clean intall and now
   i recognized that Tinymce isn’t there anymore. Not with Firefox and not with
   ie. And i didn’t touch php or other tings like that. What should i do? Everything
   ist up-to-date (it works al fine with version 2.0.6).

 * Users -> Your Profile.
 * Very top of the page is the “Use visual rich editor” checkbox.
 * Check it. Save.

 * Well, it’s still there for most folks. I’d suggest re-uploading the wp-includes
   stuff. Make sure the .js and .php files are going up in ascii/text mode and that
   you’re getting all the sub-directories.
