    Hi!
I am testing and did a backup (with option skip media files) on one system that has /myurl/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/colorpicker there.
When restoring on another system /myurl/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins is there with several folders but colorpicker is missing.
This leads to an error message: Failed to load plugin: colorpicker from url …..

As far as I am aware I cannot look in the back-up itself to see whether it was backed up or not. So I cannot deduce whether the back-up process missed it or the restore.

    Can you help?

Only files in wp-content are included in the backup.
You can browse the backup with https://traktor.servmask.com

I checked the original WordPress installation files and colorpicker is normally there.
So I need to redo the whole process to see when the files were deleted to identify who is the culprit here…….

Thanks for the link but is there also an offline version? You never know what happens when you upload your files to an online service…….

The app works in the browser. Your file is not uploaded but is instead read directly from your computer.

There is also https://traktor.wp-migration.com that can extract wpress backups. You can use it offline.

Thank you. If problems persist with colorpicker after restoring I will notify you.

For what it is worth: I redid the whole process and colorpicker is normally there. Probably a hick-up when uploading I guess.
    So no problem!
