    Do you have errors in console?
    There could be conflicts either with the theme you are using or with other plugins you are using…
    Bye,
    Matteo

    I have the same problem. Basically, once the information is entered into the form and the ‘insert code’ is clicked, the form gets reset and appears to loose all CSS style attached to it but remains on the screen.

    If the file information is entered again into the style-less form and ‘insert code’ is clicked, the information clears and the form resets again, remaining on the screen.

    Do you have any error in the javascript console?

    I have the exact same problem as the users above. Once the information is entered into the form and I click “insert”, the form resets itself and clears the entries I just made … but the blank form just remains on the screen:( Could you perhaps just send me the shortcode I need to use and I can type it in manually?

    Er…Kinda hard to tell now. I’ve since removed the plugin. Sorry.

    I have exactly the same problem and I do have errors in the javascript console. I’m linking three images of what it looks like before I hit the insert code button and after as well as what errors show up in the javascript console.

    Before I Insert Code

    After I hit Insert Code

    Javascript Errors

    Please help!

    @jeryland,
    Regardless of how similar your symptom may be, you should create your own thread out of courtesy.

    I will gladly do that, but just out of curiosity, why is it considered discourteous to keep the same topic together? I guess I’m not that familiar with wordpress posting rules…

    • Posting that you have the same problem doesn’t actually help.
    • The plugin’s author has a harder time keeping track of who’s experiencing which issue.
    • The thread’s author may have forgotten to unsubscribe to topics and may be receiving an unwelcomed (especially on a resolved thread) amount of emails.
    • We try to encourage a nice environment on these forums. If we allow people to post their issues on others’ threads, threads eventually become populated with everyone shouting for help at the same time.

    Ah – fair enough – thanks for the explanation.

    @jeryland, @nycexs,
    Did you try with the latest 1.2.1 version?
