TinyMCE Advanced desaparecido

    Hi, I have always used the AloEasy Mail plugin to create and distribute newsletters today with WordPress version 5.2.2 and with the Virtue theme proceeding with “ADD NEW” the TinyMCE Avanced toolbar has disappeared and also by clicking on the “ADD MEDIA” button the file selection page does not open.

    I allow myself to ask for help, she is always well available and therefore I ask her if in her opinion it is a problem related to the updating of word press and / or anything else that I do not imagine.

    I can kindly clarify the possible causes.

    Buongiorno, ho sempre utilizzato il plugin AloEasy Mail per realizzare e distribuire newsletter oggi con la versione WordPress 5.2.2 e con il tema Virtue procedendo con “AGGIUNGI NUOVA” la barra degli strumenti TinyMCE Avanced è sparita ed inoltre cliccando sul pulsante “AGGIUNGI MEDIA” non si apre la pagina di selezione del file.

    Mi permetto chiedere aiuto, lei è sempre ben disponibile e quindi le chiedo se secondo lei è un problema legato all’aggiornamento di word press e/o altro che non immagino.

    Mi può cortesemente chiarire le eventuali cause.

    Hi Jupa, there are javascript errors in your browser console? (To enable it usually hit F12 and reload the page, then look in the inspector in Console tab).
    Does the TinyMCE Avanced toolbar work on standard posts and pages? Is it broken only on newsletters?

    Ciao Jupa, ci sono errori javascript nella console del browser? (Per vederla di solito basta premere F12 e ricaricare la pagina, poi guarda nel pannello nella tab Console).
    TinyMCE Avanced toolbar funziona sui post e pagine standard? Non funziona solo sulle newsletter?

    In verità non funziona neanche per creare pagine.

    Do you see javascript errors in your browser console?
    Maybe there is a conflict caused by EasyMail or another plugin: try to disable them all (maybe one by one) and see if TinyMCE still does not work.

    Forse c’è un conflitto causato da EasyMail o da un altro plugin: puoi porvare a disabiltarli tutti (anche uno alla volta) e vedere se TinyMCE continua a non funzionare.
