TinyMCE Advanced and custom style sheet – styles not showing in drop-down

I am using TinyMCE Advanced and Custom CSS Manager. The styles I’m creating in Custom CSS are not showing up in the Styles drop-down menu. This site is going to be handed over to people who know a lot less about HTML and CSS than I do. I’d like them to be able to choose a style from the drop-down.

How in the world do I do this? I’m kinda new to WordPress, I’ve been building static sites in XHTML/CSS (hand-coded) for going on 9 years, and I know enough about PHP to probably get out of trouble, but I can be taught. I may be creating a child theme for this site, but I still need to figure out how to make the MCE see the custom style sheet.
